BMW: please do something about those infernal driver's seat thigh-supports that leave an annoying GAP under your legs I feel the ridges of the seat & the thigh support platform). When the supports are fully retracted, the seats are too short. I would buy the car except for this. Thanks.

UM actually BMW has created ALOT of new options just for the new 7 series, such as The new BMW IMS (active Chassis Management System) Nightvision (avlaible on some current models), Even the new lead camera will be able to keep an eye on your speed durring inclement weather to warn you if you may be driving to fast for unsafe conditions, Even the european models will be able to read and detect speed limits and warning sighns to warn you if wanted, All these options are newly created on BMW!!!

There is a new style ( the 2009+ style ) launched in the world. The Ferrari California has it also. the cars from 2003 to 2008 have been designed to be perfect. every line matches. BMW and Ferrari Have Smoothed the edges. LOVE IT. Mercedes hasnt got that. As you can see on the newest models. iel

Definitely better on the inside than the E65. But what's with that crappy looking steering wheel? The spoke at 6 is way too fat and odd to serve any useful purpose. I just hope the iDrive system works better than the intuitive MMI in the Audi.

I like this car cant afford but I definitely would buy it over the MB or Audi but to be honest, cars at this level offer pretty much the same level of comfort and luxury , it just comes down to personal taste

I think Mercedes is better at conseeling buttons and such. Take the front center console for instance. More relaxing when you don't have to look at a computer central.

Finally, they put wood grain back on the door panels. The 5 series also had this problem before the 2008 model,its just something about wood grain that makes the car seem more luxurious and expensive.
