Educate yourself son. Pippen was not very good when he came in the league and couldn't even crack the starting lineup his rookie season. Yet MJ won 50 that year and made it to the 2nd round. In 90, MJ led the bulls to 55 wins and game 7 of the conf finals with pip posting a PER of 16.3. These last 2 seasons for LAL, Odom has PERs of 17 and 16.1, yet Kobe can't win more than 45 or get past the 2nd round. Educate yourself.
