Taiwan is a 3rd class country. The quality of people is very poor. They seldom obey the traffic law. The streets are dirty n filled with garbage. People in the city breathe the polluted air.

it's not terrible, the cars are orderly. the streets are just wide. Don't say the cars run wildly here, the ppl and annoying bikes in north america run wildly on the roads too.
true, American drivers don't slow down for you, they honk their horn and yell at you instead, then when they hit you it's always the other driver's fault.
