I was saving this comment for the right people, I think it would be cool for someone to make a vid rolling on the ground in ecstacy, smashing into the furniture, exhibiting as many transcendental symptoms as possibly could be figured out how to display. A devotee should do it before someone else does. You guys look like you could pull it off.

bhaktabill, I wouldn't do that because it would be fake. I wish I could see that though. The Caitanya Caritamrita and other Vaishnava literature has very detailed descriptions of such symptoms. It's a very sacred thing.

You can not learn how to properly love Krishna, without the guidance of a bona-fide spiritual master. When we are at the beginning stage of practicing Krishna consciousmness the student offers his love to Gurudeva, Gurudev then transfers and transforms that love and offers it to Krishna!

There are plenty of false gurus out there, but finding a true Master is like finding a diamond in the rough.. We should not let false gurus discourage us, there are plenty of real ones out there yet. When you find one, you just know in your heart..

There must be three qualities in the Guru for him to be bona-fide. 1. He has direct realization of God. 2. He knows all Vedic scripture and he can remove any doubts of any one. 3. He is completely detached from the material world. (You can see Upadeshamrita verse one, for a detailed description of being detached.)
