I believe the high courts in Thailand is one of the worst justice system, most corrupted in the world. It should be an independent system from the influence of the military and the Abisit governemnt but instead all its decisions are based on ousting any opposition to the Abisit government, its blatantly acting as the henchmen of the Abisit dictators ..
I think the whole world can see this except for the Thais themselves because of the media blackout imposed by the gov.

Look at Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia economy and a lot of investors move to Vietnam and Cambodia and Malaysia because of this injustice , democracy and not unity of Thai people.
