The penalties for being caught voting for someone else are very stiff. It is a felony and could land you in big trouble. Just because these clowns took the hidden camera and pretended to be someone else does not prove that this is a widespread problem that many people take advantage of. There is no real evidence for this. There have been maybe a handful of cases in the past few decades. But it is not a rampant problem.
