  • Her voice still sounds as good. I use to be in love with her as a teenager. She was like a teen Liz Taylor. When she sang she moved like a cat. Unbelievable for someone so young!!!! U gotta remember she was only 16 when these records were out, but she had the inner soul of a woman. People usually give her producer all the credit for her success, but it was a joined effort.

  • This girl had killer vocals and her songs always was sure to get you out there on the dance floor, I had the great fortune to live in Honolulu during the greatest part of this era and man Hulas Bar and Lei Stand and Lava Lava were some of my favorite places to dance to the likes of her music.

  • She is the best......

  • FANTASTIC

  • Suena igual que Freddie James porque tambien fue producido por Tony Green ,ademas tambien tienen el coro de Barbara Ingram,Carla Benson, y Evette Benton

  • I think this song is even better than "Come To Me". It is full of exuberance and drive, her voice at 2:45 and at 6:30, the guitar at 4:30, the bass line at 5:30 her voice echoing at the last 10 second of the track... genius.

  • lovesmeximen thats funny you should post that, for your info, the record label, Prelude Records wanted to release this as the first single, because they thought "Come to Me" was too similiar to "Last Dance".....but her producer and manager insisted on releasing "Come to Me" first

  • sounds like "everybody get up and boogie" - same producer??

  • Indeed, Tony Green, who also produced Carolyne Bernier's 1978 "Out Of The Shadow".
