it aint just an achievement on the xbox 360 at all because you can unlock this as a trophy on the ps3

the achievement puts yor gamerscore up on the xbox but if its it a trophy thatas been unlocked on the ps3 then yor perecentage in the game will go up and the 4 example if the trophy was level 2,78% then it would probly go 2 level 3 1%. now do u understand

You know you don't have to literally outrun them. The achievement is to escape the radius as opposed to using a pay and spray.
