@FR3AKvideos. If you have a 6 pos. butt stock, attach the 12" strap to the rear stock around the buffer tube using the slot running under it. Sling is trapped by this rear strap. Up front, most shooters use the Front Sling Loop included with the sling. Run your barrel and front sight through the loop, then run the attached strap and triglide/buckle forward thru the OEM sling hardware and anchor the cord loop to it. Can or email for more info. SD
Yes, there's a "back pack" mode. We don't push it because once you are in it, try getting out. It's more of a storage mode in that there is no fast access when the carbine is worn this way. Thanks though,
ProMag has the best mounts for the money, they last and cost a reasonable amount unlike so many other vendors. Another popular method is simply tying paracord /550 cord in a fashionable knot-work. As long as the mount is strong enough for your purpose and you like the way it works, use it. I started out buying a roll of nylon thread, getting good needles, a thimble, and scrounging buckles and hardware off gear I never seem to use. Ebay also has a wide selection of hardware to use.
do you know where i could buy a sling mount for the side of my barrel and a sling ring for my buffer tube for a low price. im using it for an airsoft gun so i dont need anything military spec
I was absolutely clueless how to use my three point sling and this video made it clear. this was the most helpful video i have ever watched... thank you
Yes, it is a prop. it is the most detailed, accurate and extensive line of “Firearm Simulators” on the market today. They are inert detailed replicas of actual weapons designed for Law Enforcement and Military Training. They are made of impact-resistant polyurethane with steel reinforcement. This prevents bending and flexing while maintaining the detail, handling and balance of the actual weapon they represent.
The main Pro for a 3-point sling is the versatility and the simplicity when you practice with it. But a 3-point design that places a portion of the webbing continuously down the side of the rifle and blocks the safety and bolt release are dangerous. Blackhawk uses this design and the USAF bought a ton of them. Ours slides naturally and creates a liberal amount of space away from the controls for easy access. SD
Our site is slingdynamics-com For urban scenarios the 3-point is OK, a single-point is a little better. For rural and woods the 3-point works pretty good and has the most versatility. The most common slings right now are the convertables that switch from 2-point to a single point. What works for you is somewhere in there. Just don't buy cheap, or you'll buy twice....
i ran a three oint sling in my ar /m4's for years and i learned that they suck! i now use ajustable 2 point slings. i'm not a big fan of one point slings but i would use one over a three point .
I like the versatility of the three point just need to find the right brand and this one looks good I'm interested and will be comparing it to others great vid

Three points generally work well with a pack. Ours is adjustable enough for a large load too.
