whats wrong with his wing feather and tail was he nibbling them or were they cut.if they were cut there's ann easier method and doesn't make the bird look ratty,just pull the last 3 or 4 flight feathers he will still have very limted flight but looks heaps better.i do this withall my galahs and sulphurs all are good mates
