Considering that your playing skills are already above average, you certainly don't need a cheap entry-level keyboard. You need an intermediate or pro keyboard.

Hey man, if you can afford the or700, get that instead. Its the newer model to the a1000. Although the a1000 is great, the or700 is newer with usb support and punchier styles.
