I use Format Factory. Mostly Real Player if I want to download videos from youtube or any other website. Fomat Factory makes a great DVD ripper too. I sometimes use it to put videos on my PSP and if you set the settings right, the quality is excellent!

@TheHDvideomaker Yeah Format Factory is good when it's converting audio or small video, I tried converting a 4.6GB MKV file to AVI, MP4 or WMV it stops in a minute and when I try MOV the audio is messed up, I've been using FF for awhile and it hasn't been acting this way until now
