well i'm no expert on Zimbabwe. But as far as I've read massmurder is virtually nonexistent. The policies of the gov have apparently led to 100,000% inflation (or so the stats say), and the man is clearly a dictator and has uses violence, but there arn't (as far as I've seen) many expectations of suddenly discovering mass graves. The opposition has mostly claimed brutality and intimidation. The number of murders or suspected assasinations is nothing like Bosnia. Different case, different action

also, the real intervention in Bosnia happened some time (years) after the actual war began.. it's not an automatic move. It's often (as in the Yugoslavia case) the result of seeing the lack of progress made by nonintervention and the continuation of massmurders and ethnic cleansing.
