Both of you. The "Morbid" term was originally created by SantaWithTeeth. ChristopherCooler started the Squidward fad. They really are two different fads. The morbid videos usually contain an ill formed picture of a character (Usually from Spongebob) with extreme editing, while the Squidward fad is very basic effects.
