I can't do this at all. My tongue always gets in the way and blocks the pill from going down my throat and I feel like I'm gonna choke. Help?

@Cookies4me00 I've always had the same problem you have. My friend just told me to try drinking water with a straw and IT WORKED! Give it a try! Hope it helps!

@Vampires1United today was the first time I ever took a pill and all I had to do was throw it in my mouth. It went in the back of my throught and then I swalled it down with water. this was all on axesent by the way. ps sorry if i cant spell. ;)

@dannnnnnnniiii me eather. heres a trick i do. 1. put the pill in yo mouth. 2. take some water 3. look at the celing, take a big sip, then another. should be gone. if not, try again
