The reason the cucumber had a reaction is because you swirled it together with the cucumber and made the carbonation fizz. it has the same equivalent of taking a soda bottle and shaking it up. by dropping the fruits in, it created no aggitation. at least you helped explain the drink flavor. none of these cool ones ever reach the US. this is not good :) have a good day.
