bobby just say half step tuning instead of what you said makes it a whole lot easier and dosn't waist that much time. but anyways great lesson! what's the next one
I have learned alot from you bobby ... good job man. I have been wanting to learn - do you love me by kiss- do you think you could post the lesson for me? I sure would apreciate it... thanx for all you have taught me so far.... Lonnie
hey bobby!!! thanks for teach this song, its an awesome kiss song, i´d like to now if you can teach us how to play love gun??, and congratulations, people like me who are trying to play this kind of songs really appreciate this work!!! thnx again!!
This is a good video and I give credit to anyone who tries to put up a video lesson. Some of these comments! Really! Don't watch it if you're so damned critical. Anyone who knows anything about KISS knows that they tune down a half step. Thanks for the video Bobby - good job!
I will never understand why someone is going out of there way to teach people how to play a song and it's virtually impossible to learn because you are not tuned to a standard key . You either need to tune your guitar the right way (standard) or stipulate that you are tuned in a different key to emulate the band. I see so much talent on you-tube but so many guitarist (coming up) don't even know how to tune their guitar. It can be very confuseing!!!!!
@bodog633 I agree that if they don't mention the tuning, it's confusing, but when he spends the opening of the video explaining it and playing each of the strings individually, I believe that it was perfectly fine.
@bodog633 It takes a bit of time and practice, but after a while you should get to know right off when you hear something that is not in standard tuning. You need to be able to depend on your own ears eventually so I would spend some time learning to identify keys of individual notes and chords just by the sound. Try to guess what they are then pick up your guitar and see if you are right. Also use a tuner and even your voice to keep testing your tonal ability. It pays off, trust me.
nice lesson but one thing if u make anymore lesson try going a little slower for beginers cause me and my friend were watching i understood it but he had a little trouble...hes a beginer
bobby one of your best videos ever ive been meaning to learn this song i just never got the tune to it. but i dont mean to be a critic, but for pull-offs why don't you show the p? it's just a question. thx for the video
