You want to know how I draw in flash? I do it from scratch, I take one line, build more lines around it, put in certain colors and that's it, there is nothing else I can tell you except it's a lot of hard work, it takes a lot of time, and a lot of commitment to the work.

there's thousands of Flash tutorials all over the internet, if you want to know how to animate then start at the beginning by experimenting with Flash then you can focus on the more advanced stuff
