  • My best experience is after surviving the scary part, I entered a lucid dream and fucked the shit outta hot flatmate! Cant wait til the next SP!!

  • I've experienced sleep paralysis frequently ever since childhood. It used to freak me out but I've also had it result in out-of-body experiences and astral projections. I'm learning how to float out of my body voluntarily when it happens. Don't be scared of it, its a unique psychic state of mind that many people don't understand or get to experience.

  • i sleep on my side and close my eye as soon as i realize im having sleep paralysis. so almost all my experiences with it are really mild

  • I think that the reason I had to deal with it so long is that I did not have the faith I needed. I knew the name of Jesus worked, but I really had no idea of the true power that it had. It happended 4 years ago for the last time and I think the difference in then and now is that I have complete faith and I was baptized in water just this past summer, I no longer fear this.

  • The last evil force dream I had was last night, I don't remember being frozen like usual but the evil force was trying to cover my mouth because i was rebuking it in the name of Jesus. I have never had this happen while sleeping with my husband, I always felt safe because the evil dreams didn't bother me while I was sleeping with him. This dream was not the typical SP, I wasn't frozen and the dream went on to other things instead of me waking up scared out of my mind.

  • Your are being lulled into a false sense of security. Beware, because you will be attacked. I went through this for over 25 years, and many times it was pleasant, but the last time it happened was 4 years ago and it tried to rape me and was very violent. Only screaming the name of Jesus in my head saved me. Be very careful and look to Jesus for help.

  • @sheliadianehughey Where you sexually abused as a child?

  • @SixFootTallMidget Yes, but I don't care to elaborate.

  • @SixFootTallMidget Yes, but I don't care to elaborate. Why do you ask?

  • @sheliadianehughey Because I was and I've linked these happenings to repressed memories. From what I find with me is it's all in your head.

I was raped as a child to, and also was victimized by a few other people.

I've found that these occurrences where something comes to me in the night, have parallels to memories that I repressed. Like things said or done to me during these hallucinations during sleep paralysis.

This is what I found, I don't think it's outright a demon. Unless I get evidence.

  • @SixFootTallMidget My experiences are clear and after 25 years I know for a fact that this is demonic and I know the name of Jesus sends them scurrying. I think that's why they haven't bothered me in over 4 years, they know it's pointless. If this only happened once, I would say it's coincidence, but the name of Jesus worked instantly everytime. I don't think Jesus works that way with repressed memories. Besides, I have no repressed memories. I have very clear recall.

  • @sheliadianehughey Anxiety could cause it to. I would need evidence before I believe it's demonic. Why did you have to deal with them for 25 years?

  • @sheliadianehughey Repressed emotions as well can cause it, most likely it's linked to what happened to you. I've called on Jesus and it stopped, sometimes it doesn't and I have to fight it off myself. I think God helps but I don't think it's demons not till I get proof.

During my hallucinations I see my covers sometimes move around and sometimes see and feel myself levitate. Now I don't know if it's all linked as I doubt because I've been levitating since I was a kid. I just need evidence.

  • @sheliadianehughey You can have clear recall, but since it happened to you as a kid it did damage you. I don't exactly know if it's demons in your case, but I'm just saying it could be. I've found that some of my hallucinations weren't real and some of what the "demon" said to me was exactly what the person said to me when I was being raped. Even the touching. I still have repressed memories.

It's something with the mind, I'm getting a video camera and intend to catch it and solve this totally.

  • @sheliadianehughey "I'm just saying it could be" I don't mean it could be demons in that sentence I'm saying it could be what I'm saying. Night terrors, many people with childhood sexual abuse get them, even my mom. It's uncanny, I asked you because I see a pattern. I was spot on.

Now again, I don't know if it's demons in your case. I doubt it but it's possible although many things don't make sense. Like you said you dealt with it for 25 years? Why? Did you call upon Jesus then?

  • Best of luck man I know how hard it can be dealing with these types of things. Don't let it impact your faith to. God is real, however he wants us to understand the world and better ourselves.

Talk to a therapist about what happened to you and what's happening to you when you sleep.

I've done many experiments that give evidence that indicates there is no demonic force doing these things to me. It's anxiety, panic attacks, coupled with hallucinations (feelings sounds sight etc).

  • @SixFootTallMidget You probably won't get anything on film. The second time it happened to me, I was lying in my husbands arms and we were both wide awake. He was talking to me and all I could do was scream in my head and he never knew anything was happening until it was over and I told him about it. When i said I levitate, I mean my spirit leaves my body, not my physical body.

  • @sheliadianehughey I've physically levitated, I think this is where we part ways. Good bye.

  • I've done much research and have many things written down, I'm also dealing with a possible onset of psychosis. However I'm aware of everything and am writing everything down.

From all my writings, findings, and exploits. I've not found anything that indicates sleep paralysis rape episodes to be the result of demonic influence but the onset of recovered memories and or anxiety the subconscious forces you to deal with. If you learn more about it you will find that it's just that. Then heal it.

  • @SixFootTallMidget Believe what you like. I believe it has to do with many things, the fact that I bought a ouija board a month before the first time it happened. The fact that I have always lived in sin except for the last 10 years, when I became a born again Christian. I also have been levitating since childhood, so has my little sister, and levitation was the first thing I experienced in the fall of 1983 that led straight into the attack. I laid down and shut my eyes at 4pm, I was looking

  • @sheliadianehughey I need evidence, I'm going to video tape what happens to me. I have a theory that I won't find much.

  • @sheliadianehughey You mean you levitate in your sleep? I've done it consciously as a kid. However I've had sleeping experiences where I levitate, I can usually control where I go. I've woken up elsewhere on my bed, but I don't believe it until I can get video evidence.

I refuse to live with fear and superstition.

  • @sheliadianehughey Friend me I will get back to you if I find anything, it may be a while probably around Christmas til I get a camera.

  • @SixFootTallMidget cont... I was looking directly at the clock. Shut my eyes and immediately felt my spirit come out of my body. Before it has always happened in my sleep, and I would just float along the ceiling and I could feel myself turning in mid air and I thought this was so cool. When my spirit left my body there was a loud metallic clanking sound and after I rose up I was able to force my eyes open and could see myself and my son lying next to me. I then felst myself lowering back

  • @SixFootTallMidget I then felt myself lowering back to the bed and again heard the loud clanking sound and immediately, when I was back in my body, I became aware of a dark presence in the corner of the room. My eyes were closed and I saw it in my minds eye. I felt desparte fear and just then I felt myself being dragged off the bed, fall to the floor and I was being dragged across the floor by this thing. I was screaming in terror so loud that I knew someone had to hear me and I screamed

  • @SixFootTallMidget I screamed the name of Jesus as loud as I could in my head, and suddenly I was wide awake lying in the floor. I looked at the clock and it was 4:05. That night, I was lying in bed, in my husband's arms, watching t.v. and i started feeling tingling all over, like your foots asleep, but it's all over you and I heard a whirring, buzzing, white noise sound and suddenly I was paralyzed, I could not move, my eyes were wide open, I would not speak, but was aware of everything.

  • @SixFootTallMidget My husband was telling me about his day and Johnny Carson was on late night and that damned thing was standing in the corner of the room and I could not say or do anything. I was screaming in my head for help and when I said Jesus, suddenly, it was over. I could move and speak, and it was gone. I was not asleep. I was completely aware of everything. This was just the beginning. That's enough, I'm getting upset. Believe what you like, just remember Jesus when it happens.

  • I used to have the same problems, and it probably started when I was ten years old. And I didn't know that many people has the same problems and that it has a name as well XD. I read many comments and there are some that describes exactly the way I used to feel when I had sleep paralysis. I am 36 years old now and fortunately through my own experience I've learned how to deal with it. And I'd like to give some tips. So, if there is anyone interested to know, pleas contact me.

  • ok so my point of view this happens to me each night i go to sleep and then all of a sudden i hear a white noise persay i freeze and i cant move i start to slowly leave my body then all of a sudden i feel like someone presses down on my chest with their fingers yet it feels like the punched me as hard as they could and then my body starts to shake and hurt even more then i scream and my mom comes and wakes me up this happens to me everynight .

  • a demon was stabbing my neck while sitting on me, he was using his finger nails. i could feel and see it.

  • i have had this especialy when i sleep on my back. the fear factor is deffo a 10 coz its a real intense fear , on top of that i cant move in any way not even to scream and i can see things moving and hear loud knocking and screaming ect. i have sort of learnt 2 live with it but sometimes its realy unpleasant but sometimes its like i float outside and up the street, strange

  • ANYONE wants a cure for sleep paralysis or whats to know why they get paralysed or why they see things , Just Ask Me ! theres a simple cure

  • I have been going through this for over 3 yrs now. Lately i feel like i have a bit more control over this. I can now wake myself by moving my toes. When I feel the out of body experience come..I have been going along with it, although i hear that I shouldn't. This is such a baffeling mystery that I have just created a community page on facebook called, Sleep Parlaysis. Come and stop by and tell us your story. Hopefully we can help each other as we try and unravel this disturbing mystery.

  • hamsters

  • HEY YOUR BODY IS BEING OCCUPIED IT"S NOT CAUSE YOUR PARALYZED IT"S BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE IS HOME YOUR GETTING EVICTED!!!

  • It's not bad. I use Sleep Paralysis to enter Lucid Dreams ;D.

  • I hate sleep paralyis. It doesn't happen to me often, but one time it happened to me at least once a week for about four weeks. I was so scared to fall asleep because i thought that when i woke up, i'd experience it. It's a very hard experience to describe, but for me it's pure fear.

  • @redsoxfn1988 fear only makes it worse.. believe me.. if you just keep calm it can be even a good experience.. be brave :)

  • I'd still be shit scared

  • well fuck it i prefere sleeping than seein all this ,,special things,, O.o

  • serendip.brynmawr.edu/exchange/node/1740#comment-130156

please people read my story, its a proof that this has nothing to do with science

in my case its a witch, or the soul of a witch who visits me, read the comment called THIS IS NOT SCIENTIFIC.. my dog even saw the figure who visits me in the dreams

  • your all fucking stupid your brain thinks your asleep thats why you see things and you think someones there your brain just has not waked up yet

  • It seems most people have visual experiences.. Has anyone ever had audio SP? eg. you cant move and there's this annoying horse neighing really loudly in your ear the whole time?

  • @mickXfan yeah I sleep on my side and on my stomach so I never have seen it. However, I can hear it. It's funny because I just got it again today and I soon as I heard a little buzzing in my mind i was like ' oh shit not this again.' i wasn't scared at all more like annoyed. I literally cursed it out in my head. I find it really obnoxious more than scary. The noise feels like heavy breathing and like a loud drill.

  • I have this, but i always feels like someone is strangling me to death :I

  • @GlopeClover haha just take it easy, dont panic.. and everything will be fine :)

  • Sleep paralysis would be pretty cool if I could get this fucking clown demon to stop stabbing me with a rusty kitchen knife!

  • @navysealboy62 LOL...Yeah, sleep paralysis usually associated with a bad dream, just that you actually know that your mind is not yet asleep.

  • Whenever I experience this.

I always thought "Holy Fuck, not this again"

and I tried ti fight it off, it was one awesome experience.

  • the halucinations are terryfying you morons

  • To experience SP is very unique, just don't panic...

  • i have sleep paralysis often and i actually have an idea how to trigger it. if anyone wants to know how. lemme know =)

  • @killercro55over one way for me to trigger this SP is to wake up and sleep during the day or sleep in a side position.

  • @killercro55over Lay still for a really long time. This works especially if you're sleepy but sometimes for me I just end up falling asleep. It can get kind of tricky. ;]

  • @kazzzzeh Well, its actually very hard for me to explain, so forgive me if im not so clear. Ok, when you try to go to sleep, and im pretty sure it can be any time of the day or night, let your body fall asleep physically, but mentally try to stay awake. like at the time the "boom" moment happens when you knock out, think about being awake or aware mentally, just think about it. this is something hard to do and for some it has taken months to even achieve once. this is only one method though.

  • this has happened to me for over two years...at first i was sacred but now im not scared anymore...

  • It has happened to me many times and i just made a video on it "Ghost in my bedroom"

  • You guys all have such amazing trips!!! I wonder the changes to your chemical signaling must be occuring in your brains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its sooo amazing!

  • This just stared happening to me about 2 years ago. However, nearly all my dreams are lucid dreams and have been since I was about 8. The best is when I can control them. It's not exact though and I can't make things, people, events,..etc do exactly what I want or happen. There is always something a little different about how it turns out than how I want it, but overall it conforms to where I want to take it. It's almost like having a semi-malfunctioning holodeck on Star Trek NG, lol.

  • I have SP episodes but my eyes are always closed, never see anything, feel like I cant breath, and cant move; it sucks and is a miserable experience. I wouldnt mind having one of these "pleasurable" experiences though, I love dreaming. But I sure the heck can say Ive never been dreaming (even nightmares) during my SP episodes...

  • sometimes its scary sometimes its just annoying..but i dont give a shit how tough u are or what way you want to look at it if u wake up and theres some fucking think trying to choke you or beat down your door and you cant move its scary as fuck nothing positive about it.

  • ive actually had a lucid dream before, it was really cool i was like okay im dreaming. and i could move my body as well but it made me wake up. BUT the second time i did it i was able to make things appear.. I was having it one time and everything was going fine then i thought to myself "Dont think and thing scary' like five times and something scary popped up :/

  • loool last night the same thing happend to me but instead of a deam, ghost... i hade a hoooot woman sucking on my cock and wished it never stoped

  • I get sleep paralysis about two times a week. Sometimes I don't get them for a few months, then I end up getting them again and that's when they come once or twice a week, then repeats. And when this happens, I always get hallucinations, scary ass ones. Usually it involves a demon. And I can feel it touching me, and I hear its screams. I can't make any noises, nor can I move. And when this shit happens, I just close my eyes, and wait to wake up.

  • IM SICK OF THESE PEOPLE DO NOT LISTEN TO THE DEMON SHIT ALL IT IS IS ITS WHEN U THINK UR AWAKE BUT U CANT MOVE BECAUSE YOUR ASLEEP ITS EASY TO WORK OUT IM ONLY 11 AND I HAVE HAD ONE EPISODE YES IT IS WIERD BUT WHEN I WOKE UP I TURNED THE LIGHT ON AND LAUGHED

  • These people are stupid as fuck.

  • @dareangel666 No, they aren't. This happens to me too, and alot of other people. But I get hallucinations, scary as fuck ones, that always involves a demon, and I can feel it touching me, and it screams in my ear. I can't make any noises, nor can I move, so I can't do shit but close my eyes and wait to wake up. It only lasts for about two minutes at the most though.

  • Every time I fall asleep on my back this happens to me. I can actually feel a part of my brain shut off, and I can no longer move. It used to scare the shit out of me, now I know I just have to wait for that part of my brain to wake up.

  • sometimes when i have it i just lay there and be calm until my body and brain resyncs together. usually try to resleep within the sleep.

  • I hate these, I never go on a trip it's just me layin there mumbling sounds loud enough so someone can possibly wake me up.

  • its about time people dont take it as a horrible thing. its more like a fuckin acid trip

  • @123highman321 thats actually pretty funny, becuase i literaly had this experience for the first time this morning and in my dream i took a giant hit from this random bong a guy was passing around. right when i woke up i went into sleep paralysis and it fealt like every limb weighed 100 pounds and everything on my body had pins and needles. but i was panicing.

  • I get sleep paralysis attacks on average once a week! I don't find them scary anymore, been having them for the past 9 years, but they PEAK due to STRESS! It's just annoying, it ain't scary!

Tip for guys with SP - when your mind starts weaving scary images/thoughts while in SP, just divert your thoughts to something erotic (LOL, trust me this works).....like imagine the girl you love being there and doing something sexy haha.....trust me the mind can be manipulated easily during SP!

  • @Rhonnie2094 LOL - you are right and I'm glad you posted your advice for the guys. My SP is back with a vengance due to stress in my life at the moment. I remember this old trick from when I was younger and it can and does work. You just got to remember it as often fear can make you handle the episode much differently. Since my SP is back nearly daily now, I might as well try to get something out of it.lol

  • @mep41376 Yepp, it's a good little trick! I've heard that sleeping on your chest greatly reduces your chances of getting an episode, while sleeping on your back puts you at highest risk. However, i find it difficult to sleep with my face in the pillow, so I don't know how far this is true! LOL. Good luck, and enjoy your SP :)

  • kinda off topic, but sometimes i have experiences where i am running around in my lucid dream, well semi lucid becuase i forget im dreaming alot, but ill be running around doing stuff then all the sudden i say to myself. "oh time to go" and i feel myself being obsorbed back into my body then i wake up.

  • one time i was at a sleepover and i had sleep paralysis and my friends decided to record it and i started lucid dreaming and i said LISTEN MOTHER BITCH I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!

  • @gta4popper4 that's interesting. In greece they say it's the spirit of a mother who did something to her children or whatever and attacks us at night.

  • What do ya know... a positive SP video! Never fear... keep your eyes closed and wait for the vibrations to minimize... then SEPERATE!

  • I managed to control my sleep paralysis. It happened to me last night, but i just concentrated and told my brain to wake up. The first time i had this experience i saw a ghost figure in frost of my door, but i kept having this sleep paralysis and start to managed it by breathing deep and concentrate.

  • my friends told me that they always see scarest fucked up shit while they get this..

like grandma cutting her own neck right in front of them or millions of hands coming out from all sides of their beds and started touchin their body and they could actually sense them.. or hearing someones whisperin to each others..like "hey do you wanna do it?" "no, not yet" "hey let's do it" "no, not yet" lil later "it's time let's do it" "no not yet he is still awake..."

  • lol u are all makin a big deal over nothing . . It is nothing to be scared of ! it happpens to me about 2 or 3 times a month . i went to my doc about it an he told me about it . i have it pretty severe ! i can have it 3 or 4 times in 1 night .. it isnt scary its more of an inconvieniance and annoyance ~! Dont be scared of it people its a natural thing

  • I also considered it was astral travelling.. and something stopped me from getting back into my body.. kinda thing..

  • sometimes i get sleep paralysis- i find that my mind is awake but my body is not. its as if i can see my whole body laying there lifeless.aware of everything and whom is in the roomviewed from above... inthe begining it first started happening i was frozen stiff scarred,paralysis..the more i tired move my body and failed- the more anxious i became.. when somebody touch me i wake up.. a friend viewed me whilst having one.. he said it look as if i am having anxiety attack in my sleep-

  • All lesbians

  • I want to learn how to achieve lucid dreaming. since i saw the documentary about night paralysis in the discovery channel I don't get scare because is just a dream I just stay calm and wake up. But I want to achieve lucid dreaming.

  • @musikalfuture Thank you. That was the first video that I watched, and it was very informative. I watched two other videos, and I decided to post the same comment. As a matter of fact, I posted the comment, below, on the link to which you just directed me.

That was my friend's opinion re: aliens. I did not say that I agreed with it.

After watching the video, the one to which you directed me, I concluded that it was something evil. I have not had any more experiences. Thank God!

  • I'm used to getting sleep paralysis. I get it atleast once a month and I learned to just relax and wait for my body to wake up.

  • It happen to me when I was very young. I was trying to wake up, and I couldn't b/c someone was holding down my mouth preventing me from speaking. I looked around the room, and I saw some little people. They were ghost like people.

This happened to me again while I was in college. I was studying, and I fell asleep. It's like someone was holding me down in my sleep and I couldn't lift my head. Mark you, my head was face down when this happened.

A friend told me I was abducted by aliens.

  • @Anne264 Not aliens my friend, but experiences with Sleep Paralysis could have much to do with the spiritual realm. Not aliens, but demonic forces alive in your life trying to take advantage of your vulnerable state of sleeping. If you would like more info about what I mean, I want to direct you to a video about this. It confirms EXACTLY what I'm telling you. Copy and paste it into the you tube browser. It's entitled "The Truth About Sleep Paralysis - How to Stop it - Treatment - Help - Causes"

  • I'm getting closer to achieving this lucid dreaming. I taught myself how to calm down and I tell myself whats happening is not real as well as thinking positive thoughts and it goes away. I always wake up though before I can get into Lucid dreaming. What a bitch it is though lol

  • when i tried to explain what was happening to me to my mom, she thought i was making it up for attention....people def dont understand how bad it is.

  • i know whatvyou mean i tried numerous of times to tell my my cousin my aunt mamaw they oh you just making that up or say i've had that as well but i know they have not i can iduce this and find way to control it but it is very very hard to do because i could not move it was scary for me at 1st but now its alright

  • Yo, I had that dream. I had a dream that I was in a town with my family, and suddenly I realised that it's not a dream. I could do ANYTHING I wanted. I started swearing at my parents (I was young) and just as I planned to go on a rampage stealing cars and that, I woke up :/ too bad...

  • yo did any one here that meow sound at 1:27 or was that just me

  • @dakdude8777 I heard it too

  • @dakdude8777 i heard a mjauw to, o thought it was my cat but it wasnt :o

  • I am one of those very few people and today i felt an incredible sensation...something like never before. I will try to control this in the future and see where it takes me...

  • Actually, anyone can induce SP, so anyone can do this if they work on it. I've recently been attempting it, and I've gotten very close.

  • @timeparadox888 Of course don't get me wrong and one person could self induce SP, that thought was directed more towards the small % of ppl that don't enter SP intentionally. And yeah it is very hard to get yourself into at first, don't give up tho.

  • i literally wake up paralyzed...watching "dimebag darrel" headbanging and playing air guitar...and he walked up real close to me, and i actually felt his hair hit me when he was headbanging...then i woke up...feeling as if someone was watching me, so i got up and started headbanging and then i heard a voice say "he turned out just fine"

  • @PlayaDontHate24 That's so horrible. To see Dime 'playing air guitar',and not playing through is Randal Amp!? Just evil, dude..

  • At times I feel that floating feeling and I instinctively try to "hold" on with my physical self. Of course, i know that it's just a sensation....but it's kinda creepy when you feel that sensation of some sort of separation from your physical body....like as if you float on air

  • Am glad am not alone. i don't know any other person from my place who suffer this and people there thought it as kinda scary or even demonic. That was almost thirty years ago. and I still suffer from it. Thank God for youtube. And for all those who suffer this.... sure it can be such a pain or inconvenience but hey, we could have something worse than this, too. But we don't..at least for me. It's not fatal...and I can only thank God for it.

  • @thesnowyice I'm not quite sure you can "try" it since it just happens to me without my control, but it is really intense!

  • @axnjxn3 That's really cool. I wonder what triggers you to go through that. Maybe everyone's experience is just different. I think it could also relate to brain chemistry perhaps. We're all different on some level.

  • @TheSnowyice I've come to think for whatever reason thos who exp this may have an increase in dmt production than others, thinking about it really it's a very logical thought seeing that all humans naturally produce it and science is yet to know much of anything about it in the human body

  • @aBagOfKittenz Yeah you know what I think you've got it! An extra amount of dmt in the brain probably is why we have this. That is a very good theory and should probably be more recognised as I bet most people don't even know what it is or does.

  • oh and btw, the guy on the video who says that it's never caused him physical harm, is very wrong. The stress that it can cause if you don't handle the freak out visits and bad "trips", is actually capable of deterorating brain cells. Stress is physically harmful. Stress kills braincells. So whatever you do...don't let your body have lasting paranoia or lingering fear from these attacks, remember...ultimately...It's all just a dream. HINT: It helps when you have them, to close your eyes again.

  • omg I get this some times and it feels really good. I either get this warm, tingly feeling everywhere or I feel as if someone were rubbing/giving me a massage. I end up falling back asleep then because it's so soothing. ;-)

  • If you have this the first step is to control it with your mind. I can feel that it's about to come on when I close my eyes usually when I am very tired like it slips into the back of my head at which point I can force it out or I can let it affect my body which I just let it happen if I am very tired and control the wave like effect thats heaviest on my chest and with my mind I control where it goes. The hard part is not going into REM when you try to turn it into a lucid dream.

  • You always fear what you don't understand. Especially the unknown.

  • Holy shit. This has happened to me. I tried explaining to my parents but they think I make this kind of crap up... One night I woke up and I saw a bag on the floor moving and it was crinkling cause it was a plastic one, and then the room started spinning, and I heard voices and whispers around me, I tried to scream, and move but I couldn't I finally "woke up" but it scared the crap out of me. Is there any chance this will happen again?

  • @Pissedoffwowlover yeah, deffinately. If it happens once, it's likely to happen again. But it also depends on age. The question should be, do you want it to stop? It only effects 3% of the entire world population...And you can do amazing things with it my friend. It can be very stressful and scary at first, but if you learn to control it and conquer your fears, and break the barrier, you can go beyond to something...Well i can only explain it as sacred. And so few of us get to experience it.

  • @TheGreenPlague Woah! It only happens to 3% of the world!? Cool I feel really special now. :D <3333

  • @TheSnowyice yep. 3% of the entire world population. It's the rareist brain disorder on planet earth.

  • @TheGreenPlague Wow. For some people that have this it's not pleasant at all though. That really sucks. :-(

  • @TheGreenPlague uhm i have the only way i control it is by calming down & saying in my head wake up!!

how do i control it to be able to do the cool stuff because i always see creatures and hear bad things!!basically mines is negative!how do i make it positive!?(oh & mines doesnt last very long]please help me!

  • @cheerismylife95 Well, the way I do it is to just "go with it". Let the demons and creatures and bad things get in. I know. Sounds crazy. But just let the weird shit happen. Let it get close. When you hear something that sounds like it's right behind you or touching you, pulling you...just let it go. It can be scary but if you just let it play out, it's amazing. Then when you feel the physical tingle or the weird high sensation just embrace it. That's your spirit pulling away. control the dream

  • @cheerismylife95 The best advise I can give you would be when you first feel it coming on tell yourself that you know whats happening and dont think about anything else just listen to the sounds of vibrations whatever it is you may feel or hear and stay relaxed for as long as u can when u get in a hurry and start trying to hard to do something your gonna wake up move very slowly. As for the negative feelings you are having thats something u are manifesting yourself by thinking that way. DONT

  • @TheGreenPlague 3 percent? That seems very exagerated...

  • @TheBalrukt Well, that's not coming from me. That was from a university study. So I guess, it's a united states statistic. But I guess the rest of the world could somehow experience more than americans...And let me clarify, most people will experience some form of it during their life, but only 3% have chronic sleep paralysis.

  • i've had vivid sleep paralysis through taking kratom 'herb' and falling asleep,i find the best way of coming out of it is to move you little finger and when you come round slightly move you head from side to side untill you awaken.

  • i do believe in god true when i pray why does it go away ive been having paralysis for years i know my expirences demons or no demons i dont like it ihear things i see thing i kmow im not asleep the more you fight it the worst it get so all i do is dont fight it any more and pray and it goes away

  • then why would i hear a swarm that would slamm me down and pin me why would it go away with prayer ?

  • When you are out of body you become an avatar. That means that a demon is in your body while you are out so that you do not die.

  • "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"

    Ephesians 6:12 - KJV

  • Sleep paralysis doesnt have to be negative. you just have to learn to control it. ward away the evil and go to the good.

  • first time this happened to me was hosiptal.. I taught they gave the wrong drugs or something i was trying to call the nurse but couldnt its pretty scary

  • @eangie35 Wrong, I sleep on my side and I still get it.

  • @Magicmanny same here.. I sleep on my back and on my side and I still get it..

  • @bigbangtopfan I believe if you sleep on your chest, it won't happen. I can't explain why, but every time I start to get it, I can feel the nerves are somehow surpressed. It's like your legs sleeping from time to time. I did make it happen once in a while by moving my head and pressing it against the pillow. I also believe that if you will likely to get sleep paralysis if you don't have a pillow, like sleep on a harder surface.

  • @SpaceCoastCab you're not having sleep paralysis then if you keep your body calm you will have negative entities feeding off of your energy.

  • @Amadeonow Very true, this video is giving out false info.

  • @blondemama32977 I have been sexually assaulted by these creatures and I am a male. I have found that using Jesus works or Qi- Gong these beings come into you because of a low vibratory state you're in REM state. If you learn to raise your vibration by harnessing the chi lifeforce energy around you it causes the demons to become paralyzed you then can make them let go to your body if you focus all your energy where the attack is happening.

  • This documentary has it all wrong, you are getting demonic attacks sleep paralysis isn't a good thing, but you're entering the astral plane which means you are open to the spiritual world and you can have a shift in consciousness which leads to a lucid dream, but let's not get it twisted sleep paralysis is when you are in a low vibratory state.

  • I've seen what these entities are first hand, they are demonic spirits that try and steal your energy. I got a horrible vibe off of them and saw their actual faces and they can be interdimensional beings but they definitely look like demons.

  • @Magicmanny My bro who has experienced it for years told me that those so called "demons" are you..they are, there is the good, the bad,and the worse inside of you and that the worse sometimes just breaks free but cant actually stay free he said it actually roams around the house at night looking for itself...pretty freaky shit eh? I only had it 2 times int he last 2 days but saw no "demons" at all hope to god I dont either.

  • Once I started enjoying the state, it stopped. Now I'm looking for ways to induce it and sadly I haven't found anything outside of the drug family.

  • yea finally someone knows that sleep paralysis is a direct link to an OBE

  • some of my episodes now are more complicated than my in bed "hallucinations" Occasionally I will dream that I am up, walking around, and in the most recent I was in my bedroom and thought someone was outside my window, so as I was walking towards the window to investigate, I am scared because its dark and who could it be? someone grabbed me from behind in a bear hug sort of way, then I am suddenly back in my bed with this person still gripping me. I force myself to fully wakeup.

  • @Bhav341 WOW that's crazy! Last night I felt something tug on the bottom of my sheets. It really pisses me off that all of us get this and it seems to come on when we're 'sleeping" fucking cowards dont have the balls to mess with us in waking hours.

  • i just think if i let watever it is take over then i think im just not gona wake up in my body u know just afraid like wat if this was happeneing n u let it take over rite wat if u never get into ur body everything just goes black n u see urself moving n living ur life idk haha

  • Just before you go to sleep, shuffle a deck of cards. Pick out a card at random. Attach it to a wall or dresser or whatever close to your head. Go to sleep with a dim nightlight on. You must do all this WITHOUT seeing what card it is! If you have an episode during the night, try to observe the identity of the card. In the morning check the card to see if it's the same. This will at least give some indication as to whether you were dreaming or not.

  • I never could just let go and let it happen like the first speaker. The hallucinations I experienced while in this state were evil and just too frightening for me to want to take it any further, all I could do was struggle to try to wake up. The worst thing is that I suffered this for years and no one knew what it was, and I never met anyone who went thru it. Finally in my 20's the experiences began to dwindle off and now it happens maybe a few times a year, most recently last night.

  • @Bhav341 I totally agree with you. No way in hell could I just let the experience happen! In my 20's I got it almost every other night. The worst was when I felt something sit next to me on the bed and a couple of seconds later I was being pulled by my hair out of the bed O.o I'm 34 now and I can count on 1 hand how many times it's happend since. I've heard it said that the "fear/evil" was put there to ward us off of continuing beyond the sp.Have you ever left your body?

  • @Merdenoms strange, my experience was similar, could actually feel the bed sink in when something sat down, felt them lean over me, felt their breath on me...hair pulled, body pulled, all kinds of things. I felt that if I DID let it just happen, I would have actually left my body, it had that kind of feeling...but, I was afraid to let go. I was always amazed to wake up and find myself still in bed, that is how real it felt when I was being pulled out, expected to find myself half on the floor!

  • @Bhav341 When the similar ep you had as mine happend the "religious/spiritual" part of me wrote it off as some type of a demonic attack. Now I'm really not that sure! Have you come to any conculsions as to what "it" was that sat on your bed/pulled your hair? The funny think out of all the times this has happend to me I've only opened my eyes once when I was 12. When I did I saw a red face on the wall moving it's finger gesturing for me to come with it. Have you opened your eyes?

  • @Merdenoms I am not sure if I have opened my eyes, but I still see things as part of the dream state, and especially when I was younger I always saw dark shadowy figures in the doorway of my room, and in my room, like next to, on, or at the foot of the bed. Always male.

  • @Bhav341 Have you checked out the "shadow people" videos here on youtube. HIGHLY suggest it.

  • @Merdenoms no, haven't seen them. I will look tomorrow morning and let you know. Any in particular i should look for?

  • Respond to this video...interesting concept about the fear there - put there, but by WHOM?? to keep us from traveling any further. If I knew then what I know now, maybe I would have experimented more...but back then I really felt as if something supernatural was happening. Now, when I see people talking about it on supposed ghost shows like they are being visited by aliens or ghosts hot for their body, i just laugh....but who knows? Maybe there IS more to it

  • @Bhav341 The "whom" I've heard was "our creature" put the fear there to in a way protect us from exploring the astral plane. I'm sure you've heard the horror stories of people encountering some bad things in the astral dimension. The whole "occult practices" is "forbidden" in the Bible. So I think that's where the link is. Do you currently get sp episodes anymore?

  • @Merdenoms interesting that you say that, but I think more along the lines that maybe, if this is a step towards the astral plane, that maybe what we are encountering really is real, and that these beings are really there, in this other dimension that is part of the dream world. I have had too many other experiences in my life to think that it is only just us, and that there are no ghosts, spirits etc. I believe in them wholeheartedly. I just don't understand who, what, when, where, and why!!

  • @Bhav341 We definitely are in the same club of not knowing the who,what... I'm starting to think we all do this astral thing daily when we sleep and it's only us who experience sp are aware on a conscious level that we do it at all. The malevolent things we see and hear has to be enties attracted to the level of vibration we are on. I know the one time I caught a glimpse of astral self standing at my bedroom door I appeared like a dark shadow.

  • @Merdenoms ooh, you may be right. I firmly believe in other dimensions, with other beings in them, and maybe the closest we come to crossing over into them IS during sleep....that may explain why the sp hallucinations are SO REAL, and why so many people experience the same things, of other beings being there. Why would everyone experience that? you would think these so called hallucinations would vary some from person to person, wouldn't you?

  • @Merdenoms My exeriences with sleep paralysis started right around puberty, in my early teens, and continued frequently up into my late 20's, then started to dwindle off. Now, maybe a few times a year. Just this past week I had one, which is why I started looking at these videos. How about you?

  • @Bhav341 Pretty much the same as you to the T. First time I had sp I was 12. All this talk on this subject lately has been fucking with my head on some level lol. The past 2 nites I've been hearing the buzzing and vibrating. Haven't properly slept intil after 3am then I get a good 4 hours in before I have to start my day. What has your past episode like? If you don't mind sharing.
