From what i've seen, it works by the piston pushing back the weight. So the easier the pull for the piston, and gears, the harder and more kick. So with an m100 it will have more kick then with an m150, much more.
Question RA-Tech, how do you compare it to the Tokyo Marui recoil engine series? Is there more of a kick/recoil or can the Tremors be modified to have a heavier kick?
@ARX7ARBALESTZ7 I agree with you but it seems like the recoil is a little lacking... Maybe a heavier weight attached to it? I'd also be concerned about the internals themselves. Seems like you'd end up putting a huge amount of stress on the spring and gears, to pull something like that back.
@leonkennedy74 that's true, it's probably best with a light spring. i would be afraid to use anything over SP90 or SP100 with it and especially since this kit is very expensive!
The recoil is more then your stock AEG and i guess you couldn´t hope for more.
A stronger battery and weaker spring will probably effect the recoil positively, because the piston moves faster, the weight moves faster...mass multiplyed by speed equals force...correct?
So you can pretty much fine tune your Recoil XD

Customise your Fullstock to have a Stocktube inside...from outside, it will look the same, but internally, you can use this mod and question your Community.

I've been wondering what their Modift Tremors would be like, assembled. Great idea. I would actually want one on my gun now.
Not a GBB though, I don't think it would crack the gearbox because the FPS does lower a bit, because of the piston pushing the EBB rod all the way back to the buffer tube.
It might change the spring settings so the actual AEG spring may have to be swapped out to maintain the fps rating, or find better compression methods.

I don't think you could break the gearbox, lose many fps or whatever.
The only thing I'd recommend is a piston with full steel teeth, and maybe torque gears/engine.

Probably not. I'd say worse kick.

Just make sure its reversable...just in case XD

I much prefer the speed on the custom, I think consistent FPS and a good build is much more valuable than high FPS.
