Why the heck do they need that huge setup just to shoot a bulletproof vest? In Colombia, this one company that makes casual wear bulletproof clothing that is even worn by President Obama doesn't bother with that sort of stuff. They're so confident of the quality of the vest, that they'll shoot you(while wearing the vest of course) at point blank range in their office, and then give you a nice t-shirt to prove it.

How do you work that out, In america kids are shooting there own mums and dads (BBC News). It is well known that the US has the biggest gun problem, at the moment it knifes for us .
Also America hasn't learned that prohibition doesn't work it's just that it costs alot of money to enforce properly, and we all know that no government likes to spend money.
And prohibition didn't work, look at Al Capone, he made millions off of prohibition. Maybe that's why I can go to the grocery store and buy alcohol? Maybe that's why there is a large group of Law Enforcement working for the Legalization of drugs... a stupid law is a stupid law.
Not to mention money is part of the equation, if you can't afford to fund something, it doesn't work, its not a viable solution, do you comprehend?
Crazy people do crazy things, and the quickest way to stop them isn't waiting for the police to arive, make a perimiter and sit outside until a Special Response Team is assembled to make entry.
