The IBC's own website states that it used a very narrow set of criteria to compile it's Iraqi death estimates. John Hopkins University's Humanities and Biological Sciences departments receive large grants from the U.S. goverment. It would be bitting the hand that feeds it to publish a study critical of U.S. domestic activity.
