I had the idea for a "Shelf" plugin a long time ago, I'm so glad Kristian (the developer) is finally developing it. Don't worry, it will be moveable soon, and it is going to scale smoothly when it's finally done. Reflections will be added eventually.

I use emerald because my gtk decorator doesn't work fine :(
