  • The beginning of this is a dead ringer for an Italian version of the Lumberjack song from Monty Python

  • i love this aria because its so beautiful and the emotions come out

  • This is "Don Giovanni" Mozart - but is usually sung by a Baritone - I'm confused that Placido Domingo is singing this - has he changed to Baritone?

  • I don't think he has changed to a baritone, but I believe he does have the range of one, if I'm not mistaken. I know that he originally auditioned as a baritone in Mexico when he first began his opera career, but whoever he was auditioning with told him that he is actually a tenor.

  • @catholicsmoker - actually I have since read that Domingo is now singing as a baritone, and you are right, he did start out as a baritone but changed to tenor (because of all the great tenor roles). I think his age has forced him to take the lower pitched roles, God bless him that he is still singing!

  • @myyellowlabfan Yes, he's nowsinging baritone roles, notably Simon Boccanegra. To my ear, however, he sounds like a tenor singing a baritone role as the timbre of his voice is still tenor.

  • de que opera es y como se llama el duetto??

  • Es La ci darem la mano de Don Giovanni

  • WOPS LOL

  • Where is the rest of the aria?
