  • Great video; I agree.

  • Constan-tyne.

  • *Yawn* Intellectuals think they have the smoking gun, what a crock. Theory and Social science based in human perception, up against revelation of God, who do you think is going to win.

  • @Hbbt82 What is your point? Organized Xtianity has betrayed Christ again & again, using Him as a mere corporate logo & means of control. The Administrators of Religion (i.e. Vatican) do not even believe in God, nor is what He has revealed to man via Scripture, Prophecy & the words of Mary.

The edit out what condemns THEM & use the rest to manipulate ppl; rather then leading them to serve God by serving others.

  • @19lfm12 I agree. I don't think the bible says we need to belong to religion of any kind to be saved. Christianity is a effing joke.

  • @smurfboywv True. "Christianity" (i.e. organized Christianity as we know it) has made itself a joke. It has very little to do with what Jesus actually taught.

  • @19lfm12 I wish for the best for all glbt men and women, it saddens me every time a person is beaten or killed because they are gay, or commits suicide because the church or their family rejects them, then I remember "Oh yes, its the church promoting this whole anti-homosexuality issue". Why not focus all this energy on helping the poor and needy, the sick, and the homeless? They are focused on the wrong issues. I love your video btw.

  • @smurfboywv Thank you. And...your point about focusing on the poor, sick & needy is correct. The church gives mere lip service to this. Yet it is the basis of Jesus' teaching & is identified in the Old Testament as 'what is acceptable to God'...rather then false piety or fanaticism.

To hate gay persons is contrary to the teaching of Christ. Period.

  • @Hbbt82 I'm confused; who do YOU think is going to win?

  • @mythmanjay It depends whom you consider the 'contenders' to be. But ultimately, God wins.

Unfortunately the Vatican is under the self-induced delusion that it is God....or that it serves God. 1700 years of history tend to disprove that.

  • Use a god damn voice, not an annoying computerized voice.

  • @Killur10 The video still makes its point....regardless of the type of voice used.

  • @Killur10 Father, please forgive this person for using your name in vain. Amen

  • @TheIceGolem97 The core issue: Organized religion has very little to do with God - except to use Him as a corporate logo & medium of social control....& money maker.

One must comprehend that Jesus was killed by the leaders of organized religion, as His teaching completely opposed them. They would kill Him today even faster, were He to appear in the same mode.

The true core of Xtianity is the Sermon on the Mount & Beatitudes.....not the Imperial Papacy!

  • This is by far the best video YTube has to offer. Way deep facts, every time I see it (20+ times in the last two years) I find deeper meanings. A masterpiece that must be carefully translated to other languages.

  • @mahavira1000 Thank you for your kind words! If you want to take this & translate it - be my guest:)

The Catholic Church organization & the true core of the Catholic Faith are NOT identical; the former is incoherent with the latter. Nor is it the Kingdom of God, as: "The Kingdom of God is within you...lift a stone & you find me, split a piece of wood & I am there". As He made all, we are of Him.

The Key is to 'find' him - & love Him in loving our brethren, as He is in them.

  • Where is a text of this video. You should place a complete text of this in the comments or description or provide a link to this text right in the description or in the video.

  • @xymox1357 Yes, I agree.

A major issue with organized Xtianity is that most are conditioned to believe (or at least half way assent..) something ABOUT God, rather then IN Him. Mere talking points. And the belief that to be Christian = going to church or joining some group....rather then comprehending the Sermon on the Mount & Beatitudes...the core of Jesus' teaching.

Most Xtians are either unaware of these or think they are just 'nice words'...O.o

  • well said. now we just need to pry open peoples minds so the message gets home. if only home depot sold a prybar for minds...

  • @ricktor002 LOL...as a Christian, my reply would be 'the Holy Spirit is both the prybar & the WD-40 for minds'.

But many minds seem to be impermeable to any device.....

For most 'Christians' God is a mere talking point.

"Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name? And then (Christ) shall say to them: 'I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.'.

    :D

  • No such thing as Christianity anymore. It's been distorted and used in so many wrong ways, it doesn't exist in purity. Fuck Catholics and Christians, I make my own religion.

  • I love this video, it says everything I wanted to say. Whoever made this video is wise

  • @xcash7 Thank you for your kind words.....although I would never refer to myself as 'wise'.

    :)

  • Christianity IS F*CKING WRONG. Wake up ur ideas. U think God will need to come down to earth to feel the pain of mankind when he's the one who created them???

U all being tool by the pope. Jesus is just another prophet. I can't imagine if he's here right now wondering "why are people thinking I'm God when I myself praying to One God??"

  • @emycasanova 1) If have read any of my comments here or on other vids, it will become my position on the Papacy - and this 'pope' in particular - will become quite clear.

    2) If you choose not to believe in God - or in Christ - that is your concern.

    3) Jesus did not become incarnate as a man to 'feel our pain'. Yes, He is a prophet - but so much more then that.

    4) It will be truly & sadly amazing how many 'nonbelievers' will fall for the scam of the False Christ......now in preparation.

  • @emycasanova ...bro i'm a muslim. what you are saying about jesus being a prophet, and praying to one god is what we believe exactly...i'm a white american muslim and i don't practice 100% the way i'm supposed to but what you've said is what we believe. one god, one message, worship god alone without partners. also your logic is correct about the comment on god coming into creation to feel as we feel with pain and etc. it's common sense that this is totally ludacris.

  • @frankietwingats Don't worry about not practicing 100% the way we're supposed to. Because I'm the same here. But what's important is that we believe in HIM. That is the number 1 rule. Happy Ramadhan bro..;)

  • I can't see the logic in the mainstream Christian position I think that what we believe should make sense and be rational

My logic problem is as follows maybe you can help me solve it

What I dont get is that most Christians say that the penalty for my sins is eternal torment. But Jesus didnt suffer eternal torment so how can He pay my eternal torment penalty?

If you incur a $1000 traffic fine someone has to pay right? The authorities dont care who pays as long as they get their money

  • Perhaps those 'Christians' should be concerned about their own sins first.....which is what Jesus taught.

Did you ever notice that the positive role models in many of His parables were often pagans & non-believers? Not the 'pious ones'?

The only ppl Christ threatened with eternal torment were the 'pious ones' who had no mercy, charity or altruism for others. That is the core of His teaching & the 'Key to the Kingdom of Heaven'.

Mercy to others is the key to clearing th invoice:p

  • If God requires eternal suffering because of your sin debt how come He never gets paid? Not by you, nor by your substitute?

    Is this what Christians believe?

1 Jesus paid the penalty for our sins

2 Eternal hell is the penalty for our sins

3 Jesus rose from the dead and is in heaven now.

How can all 3 of these be true? It just doesnt make sense. Would you say that you honestly, actually believe all 3 of the above?

Logically only 2 of the above 3 could be true at the same time.

  • You raise an interesting question. But to answer it (& this is not a dodge..) go to what He said we would be judged upon:

The mercy we show to others. That is the CORE of his teaching, called 'the Gospel'. If I have done wrong & desire mercy, then the level of mercy shown to me will be based upon the level of mercy I show to others. To my enemies & persecutors.

Those who claim to believe in Jesus but show no mercy will go to a very hot place:)

  • "THE MIND WORKS BEST WHEN IT IS OPEN"

    ~ Albert Einstein

  • I believe that God's judgments (lake of fire) will will destroy self righteousness and sin but the sinner will be saved.

Matthew 18:14 ~ It is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.

Psalm 145:9 ~ The Lord is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has made.

1 John 1:5 ~ God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

Romans 12:21 ~ Overcome evil with good.

What do you think about these scriptures?

  • This is exactly what I've just been thinking about. Since the time of Constantine when the state first embraced Christianity it has been a really challenge for a truly Christianity to be seen be those looking in.

It's like looking at a garden that has beautiful flowers over showered by overgrowth and weeds, then trying to call the garden as a whole beautiful.

Christians cannot be made. The are born of God.

  • Very true.

The Greek term 'Ekklesia' does not mean 'Church' as we know it. Rather it means "those called out...and outcalling....those set apart...the Elect".

Christ used the weeds Vs flowers type analogy in His parables to describe the same concept. The problem is that the weeds overwhelm the flowers in number, size & prominence. So much that all one usually sees are the 'weeds'.

Historically very few have REALLY believed.

  • @19lfm12 Ekklesia DOES mean CHURCH in GREEK. The word used for church is ekklesia. This word is used over one hundred times in the Bible, never to describe an "invisible church" that has been posited

  • @adreecage No...the Greek term 'ekkelsia' in its original meaning does NOT mean 'church' or any such construct.

"Church' is of German/Nordic origin, languages which would not be in a recognizable form until nearly 1000 years after Christ. Ditto for the meaning commonly ascribed to the word.

  • love it, Show this to lal the Mordern day Scribes and Pharisees

  • ...they don't seem to like anything which points to the truth:p

And of course 'they' are obviously the Vatican; yet also all of organized Christianity. They have utterly failed to convey Christ's teachings...

..the core of which is in the Beatitudes & the Sermon on the Mount.

  • awesome graphics, i'm loving how he turns his head over his shoulder to continue talking. :)

  • Yea - that is sort of amusing:p

If you use Xtranorml to make videos, you can make the character do some rather interesting (but stilted...) moves. It's just low tech animation....sort of.

  • My conversion of heart is something that begins as internal and becomes external. The Church promotes dialogue between faiths, not ignorance. I suggest studying what Christians believe from their own view point and not from biased sources

If Catholicism is going to be your major case study i also suggest looking at the two other 'pillars' to the Catholic faith: the Magisterium and Tradition. Yes, Christians are imperfect. I'm wondering if you have ever met a Christian who knows what they believe

  • 1. As I am a Catholic, I know whereof I speak....

    2. Since the Catholic Church is where all Christian denominations sprung & is the largest with the greatest hegemony of any entity on earth - it shall be the focus. Yet other denominations have similarly failed.

    3. This is the 1st in a series, which time has not yet permitted me to extend. Indeed the Magisterium/Tradition are very much a part of the problem - as the intellectual 'leaven of the Pharisees', if you will......

  • Very good video!

    and great description!

    5*

  • Thank you! :p

  • Interesting video, I liked it.

    1) You say in the past fifty years scholars have identified three levels of mental development. Do you have any references, links, studies, books, or other to corroborate / illuminate this? It's an interesting premise and I'd like to see some of the supporting evidence.

    2) What's with the pinging and sound effects? Is that an unfortunate part of the soundtrack?

    Overall, very nice!

  • The sound track is my own stupid choice:) Yea, it's annoying.

I THOUGHT I had bookmarked some sources for this, but now cannot find them:( I will do a little 'homework' on this....if you would be kind enought to PM me to remind me. That way I can send you some pertinent links.

There are some who blend history, sociology/anthropology with psychology/metaphysics...to come up with as many as 5 stages, but on the same general theorem....

  • You might say that at the point in Time in which Christ manifested Himself, man was (in general.....) sufficiently evolved on all levels to comprehend a more intimate understanding of God. And his fellow humans:)

Enough were beyond the level of 'sacrificing a pineapple to the volcano god' to begin to comprehend altruism & a type of universalism.

    Well...at least SOME were....ditto for today:p

  • good stuff

  • Thanks:)

  • i'll tell you what went wrong. once it became the official STATE religions of much of the world, it became co-opted &corrupted. visions of money, and influence, and power danced thru their heads. they made un-holy alliances with the rulers of their days. if the rulers could keep their heads, the churches were rewarded with land, money, and power almost equal to their rulers

  • .......you have just described the basic plot outline of......Part Deux!

    :)

    ...coming soon:p

  • Favoured, 5"*"!:-)

  • This is excellent! I had wondered what your take on the evolution of consciousness was.

I also can't help but note that around half the morons I end up being trolled by are so-called 'Christians', and some 'Christian Zionists'.

  • The concepts & definitions are taken from something I read - with which 100% agree & which is coherent with what Christ taught. ALSO the evolution of consciousness helps to explain:

The seeming disconnect in God's approach to man between the Old & New Testaments.

As man's consciousness evolved, new approaches were taken. Abstract concepts of altruism & metaphysics only begin to be comprehensible as man 'evolves' in this way.....!

  • As to those trolls.........obviously they are stuck on the 'first level' of this evolution (Fundamentalism).

....and unfortunately are not the trolls who bake the cookies:)

    (Keebler elves advertisement reference....)

  • i am an extra terrestrial, i am the reincarnation of jesus christ and i am demanding that you join my ministry

  • you can't force peace!

it needs to be voluntary. that's where you're going wrong, you need to respect others, ALL others who are not out to harm others.

  • ummm...are you talking to me, or to our favorite would-be alien?

    :)

  • Mr ET-jesus lol.

  • It seems he is in mourning over the loss of his favorite alien: Michael Jackson

    O.o

  • great video

  • Thanks! Working on Part Deux......perhaps even Part Trois:)
