@buffalosoldier90 nice try. but you know simply nothing about martial arts. i wanna stay respectful, but there are many greenhorns like you in the streets. some of them thought it would be cool to attack a karateka. afterwards they had another opinion. I have seen thin guys beating taller and more muscular guys. no show at all. simply technique and the result of years of devotedly training.
Good freaking kata, the only critisism I found is that he did not end where he started, position wise.
Ok, all you all MMA people out there, try to show a little respect for other martial arts, please. You guys are dis-honoring yourselves and your teachers when you post hateful comments like this. Thank you.
@buffalosoldier90 you do know that mma clowns use karate as their base right???That means they studied karate for a nymber of yrs before selling out and going mma clown!!
@buffalosoldier90 you dont start at mma do you you start at karate or jiu jitsu and most people who go to mma go to 2 styles mostly karate and jiu jitsu or boxing and karate and etc
extremely good form not many that post videos r this good, fast powerful accurate, no leaning like other people make the mistake of doing.. great work dude keep it up!!
P.S. almost every othr kata done by every1 else is very bad lol
@jorgealmazan7 oooh thank you for this information. I saw other commercials and got confused. I was certain my instructor was saying "pinan" but all of these vids were labeled heian! thanks
@Taurus3rockergirl Shotokan? my instructor called it "gyodoken" unless that was my rank.. idk. I am shodan now, i know that, but i have no idea what the style was called. I'm pretter sure he referred to it as gyodoken.. thats pheonetically, idk how to spell it.
I enjoyed it, particularly since I know the practicioner knows he is not perfect, but, nonetheless, took the time out to share his knowledge with the rest of us. I wish I could thank him personally.
over all it was great but the little things bugged me like thumbs out, not a perfect 90 degree angle in the first two moves, Timing of the 60 degree back stances should be time together with the arms while stepping. But clean moves for the fast parts were great.
Very Good ;)

Heian and Pinan is diferent, Pinan is a more slow, but the movements and positions are equal
Heian y Pinan son diferentes, Pinan es mas lento, pero los movimientos y posiciones son iguales.
Tiene que ver con el estilo, Shito Kay o Shito Ryu
