  • I wanna know what G13 does......

  • saying that bill was a"left winger" is totally erroneous...

  • RIP Bill

  • Who would Bill Hicks vote for?

  • @JohnDChristmas Bill would probably vote Ron Paul; he's not full of shit and his policy mirrors most of what Bill talked about.

  • @TheCultivatedMind I doubt it, Bill was a left winger, Ron Paul's rabidly right wing. Just because Paul isn't full of shit doesn't mean that Bill would have agreed with his policies and voted for him.

  • @sculli722 You're right, Bill would have liked that Ron Paul isn't a typical politician.

    Though perhaps you haven't noticed that there is more than just a left and right wing. Paul is what's called a Classical Liberal, AKA a Libertarian. Classical Liberalism is neither right wing or left wing; it's both. Classical Liberalism favors just about everything Bill Hicks did.

  • @TheCultivatedMind Yeah I know Libertarian and Authoritarian aswell, however i'm British and our Political system is effectively Left And Right. In Britain the concensus is that Left usually favours Authority while the Right favours Libertarianism. Sorry for the mixup though. Should probably research American Politics more before I argue it with someone

  • @TheCultivatedMind Ron Paul may be right wing or a classical libertarian, but one thing he isn't is a thinker. Views and opinions aren't the only things required for a presidential candidate. I really doubt that Bill - they way I view him - would have liked a president who doesn't even try to analyze complex problems, and generally gives one answer - let the states decide. Like 50 wrong decisions are automatically better than one.

  • Wow this guy should have been presdient, fuckin hilarious and intelligent. This guy has more common sense then you can find in washington today! People think there is a war on terror, and that everyone that looks muslim is a threat to terrorism, you people need to wake up and realize the genocide going on. Currently today over 5 million people have been killed in the middle east, US soldiers? About 5,000. This is worse then Nazi Germany people.

  • WIMP

    PRESIDENT.

  • @gotitjay by far we are not proud... at least the poor social class anyway (99%)

  • The greatest commedian. Cannot imagine someone can put "Why war is a waste and Americans are brain washed" in such a wonderful way. Watch out people you may have to pay tax to sustain the war with Iran.

    By the way I am neither American nor Iranian, just it doesnot make sense that so many people should die, finally to find out after a decade that they were fighting for no specific reason.

  • "The stealth banana" Wow

  • while (true)

    {

    System.out.println("War!");

    System.out.println("Famine!");

    System.out.println("Death");

    System.out.println("AIDS!");

    System.out.println("Homeless!");

    System.out.println("Recession!");

    System.out.println("Depression!");

    }

  • according to u.k & u.s propaganda the gulf war started in 2001 funny how a guy who died in 94 keeps talkin about it

  • @snoopyprobbing thats the 2nd gulf war mate he is talking about the first which started with the iraqi invasion of kuwait

  • @thatdutchguy420 the first invasion never ended it was one big carpet bombing of a massive nation - it took em 10 years to flatten and cripple it, behind a press blackout like bill would say go back to sleep world you know what you need to know now keep payin those taxes

  • @snoopyprobbing i know thats true mate

  • The more videos I see from Bill, the more amazed I am about how intelligent this guy is. Where's a guy like this now days? My generation of comedians suck!

  • @JumboStevo just start looking for the english ones bit drier of a humour but also very intelligent

  • @JumboStevo stewart lee is not bad

  • This guy was amazing..really saw life for what it is.

  • lol nobody laughed when he belted out 'I'M A LITTLE FUCFKIN POET'

  • Bill Hicks was a fucking Legend! He could see the matrix for what it really is & had the balls to say it like it is. You will forever be missed Bill.

  • ...to the rupublicans made this shit up...

  • best sound-effects ever

  • You cannot but like this!

  • Bill is right: "a war is when two armies fighting"....which means; a "war" is only when two ARMIES ON FOOT fighting with each other (only on foot). air force jets bombing a country and running away is NOT a "war", is just a hit and run...

  • @arzadi11

    Oh my......You really are dumb.

  • @arzadi11

    what the hell are you talking about? Id punch the screen if bill hicks would say something like that

  • @arzadi11 an invasion.

  • And they call it "war"? C'mon, this is a massacre!

  • I wish this guy was hosting the Daily Show

  • @nevername667 glad to have them both. Not anyone could do what stewart does, comedic sensibility, intelligent sincere interviews, really exposing segments. He's not Hicks but he doesn't need to be. Love Stewart, love Hicks, Carlin, Louis Ck, and many others. The more the merrier(How the fuck do you spell merrier?).

  • CNN's more depressing these days, because you feel like you're losing brain cells by the second.

  • @ChristlicherKrieger3 sounds like all mainstream media

  • @gettheredone He did several tours in the UK, and even had a television show in the works. He was WAYYY more popular over there then here in the states, unfortunately.

  • WW2 was the last2 sidded war.

  • @06livefast - actually the same banking interests funded both sides of WWII

  • It's funny how they are talking about the same things.

  • Love you Bill.

  • He is really great, BUT, the "greatest"? I would have to say there was one who probably one, at least, who outn ranked

    him, there. George Carlin, definitely was/ is the most celebrated and honorable of all. AND,he led the way in waking up Americans to Truth.Which is still happening at an alarming rate today.FINALLY!

  • WIMP RHYMES WITH LIMP!

  • is this the live at Pittsburgh show? What a legend and his stories still live on today...we arm these these countries and then blow the shit out of them

  • way ahead of his time, crazy how all this still applies to today's current events

  • @choiboi23 ahead of his time? this is 10 years ago bud

  • @thenotoriousadin so what I'm saying is that 10 years ago, he was more enlightened than most.

  • @thenotoriousadin

    He died 17 years ago of kidney cancer. He was from Texas, and the war he's talking about is the 1991 Gulf war!!!

  • @hearts76100 Pancreatic cancer.

  • @choiboi23 That's why hes the greatest comedian of all time.

  • I agree with you chalupa1986 .I think that the comedy is the best way to plant the seeds of some kind of idea or knowledge.When you laugh you can accept the other side opinion and after that you on your own could rationalize it.

    Too often people are disagreed with each other,not because they don't share the same believes,but fore the fact that this is "the other mans truth".

    The humor is the best weapon to break this boundaries,and to force you to start thinking.Bill was brilliant in his work.

  • Just think what he would have done with G W Bush...the return.

  • hard to believe he was only 32 when he died...

  • where was this?

  • @Cioppa182 London. He was huge over here - sold out multiple nights in 1500 capacity theatres between 1989 and 1991. So sad that his own country didn't appreciate what a comedy genius they had.

  • @cds2006 this was in montreal. the just for laughs festival.

  • @cds2006

    It was actually Montreal.

  • Sit ups, fruit cup, six to eight glasses of water a day

  • rest in peace bill hicks, he reminds me of me

  • @Yourismouter why? you dead? :)

  • @LapoSettepanze nope! I watch cnn and too many documentaries haha! and stay home too much hehe

  • clap clap, bill

    clap clap

  • @jaysk8er Hes talking about the Gulf War. Bill died in 1994.

  • @Regect Yet think about the prospects of this being applicable to the situation of the US - 20 years later.

  • Tragicomedy..it isnt that funny cuz its true ..

  • @uglyfreakshow life is a comedy to those who think and a tragedy to those who feel

  • @GPEGEMGTM3

    It can be both simultaneously.

  • @GPEGEMGTM3 thats awesome

  • Nah man the exact opposite, you serious?

  • @GPEGEMGTM3 and a beautifully ugly paradox for those who can do both.

  • @GPEGEMGTM3 First of all, that's just fucking corny(and retarded). And I hope you're not implying that the "thinker" is superior to the "feeler".

  • @quackajack13z dang, it's just a quip (and one I didn't make up). And no, I don't believe those "implications". The words used in the quote are incredibly charged and people obviously define them differently. But please continue to enlighten me more with your linguistic deconstruction and superiority complex. But you already know it all, right?

    "Everyone around me is full of robust certitude, I alone am tentative."

  • @GPEGEMGTM3 Oh shut the fuck up. I wasn't trying to be mean.

  • @quackajack13z "What the Thinker thinks, the Prover proves."

    Good day Sir or Madam.

  • @GPEGEMGTM3

    so.very.true.

  • @GPEGEMGTM3 and a horror to those who cant to either because of the existential void

  • @uglyfreakshow

    i think is a good way to bring up important issues, yet find a way to be optimistic about them, raise awareness and laugh it off, BUT still have it in the background and know this shit he talks about it's important stuff, not just crap everyday situations.
