@Primos420 Can't say I agree with you. Most mainstream "hip hop" as you call it, is not hip hop/rap. It is, in fact, Hip POP! Notice how dancing and a catchy beat and hook make a "hip hop" song/video good now.
Back in the 90's, weren't there other groups who did the same thing but were called gay, crap, stupid, pointless, etc... What were they called again?... oh ya, BOY BANDS! BSB, Nsync, 98 Degrees... These groups were doing the same shit "hip hop" ppl are doing now, but now its cool. Go fig.
