I think Fox had issues with the "Sisters" reference and that it was Black leaning, therefore alienating the core Family Guy demo which Im guessing is mostly white. I know I dont watch it. for one thing. If it was more a general PSA perhaps it would have passed. I don't agree but from a numbers/reach perspective I understand.
