This method takes 1 minute and doesn't even work on most blocks, why this video was almost 8 minutes... And the notepad file was unnecessary all you have to do is just "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" and tab and end the process that your blocks called.

you can unblock command with notepad. type in
command
@echo on
then you have to save it as cmd.bat on your desktop
