I was in line to be a Gestational surrogate but since my levels showed I had the antibodies they disqualified me. I took a more elaborate test that determines if I have the virus in my DNA and it came out negative. The doctors dont want to take the chance with me. How long will it take for the levels to be undetectable? I was tested in November and yesterday. Waiting on results now.
be nice if this doctor spoke about transplants and CMV. I never had CMV and got a kidney from one who had it.
