it isnt 1100 it is 1012 and do 1100 :10 than u get the real hit so thae max hit is now 110 or 101 but there is some thing eles u hit now 0-10% more than normal get the 10% from the max hit and u hitted a 110-11=99 so its not a new max hit

1.)I'm not a skiller, most of my skills are in the 60's, compaired to my combat stats which are all 90+ (including 99 attack, strength, and hp)

2.)I play runescape mainly to PK and to train combat so I can pk

3.)skillers deserve these updates because the past year or two Jagex has spent almost all of its time and effort on combat updates and neglected skillers

4.)I don't know your herby lvl, but what I do know is that only about 7,000 people even have 88+ herby for these pots
