Well the flow of an amv is how it corrosponds with the beat.but Most of these people dont know what an amv truly is,they just rate cuz they like the song....

Well, From my point of view "flow" would be how smoothly the video goes with the song + scene changes where its so good that you dont even notice any transition or such.
