the web story on this, "that cameras are not allowed in the government offices without permission", does give some pause about limitations of using a camera to investigate illegal activities, via journalism, or otherwise, that may occur at a government office.  If one is tries to be agnostic about this involving Kucinich, it is disturbing to learn of these controls.

As far as I understand the incident to which this video refers, Kucinich's opponent was investigated for bringing a video camera into a government building and for possibly violating state election law. Nothing to do with the Patriot Act. Kucinich should be praised for his opposition to this horrendous excuse for legislation and his opponent should try running on his own merits and lay off the juvenile stunts.
