Teams that get frank to lvl 5 no problem with ONE METER !!!!!! #1 -EXTREMELY RECOMMEND- Nova/Frank - (Easy BnB, High damage) #2 Skrull/Frank - (A single Inferno is 100 hits, Dhc around 90, whif Survival tools and Snapshot) #3 Amaterasu/Frank - (actually needs two meters, THC and whiff Cart and take pics during) #4 Storm/Frank - (same as Ammy's) #5 Swagneto/Frank - (Can start Mid, end in the corner, Magneto bnb, hyper grav loop to Shockwave, DHC to survival tools; whiffs; And Snap a pic )

Ariel exchange doesn't make it a guaranteed lvl 4. This vid has guaranteed level 5.

i prefer the DHC glitch with Frank on point. Sure, you have to get a little meter but it will get u to lvl 4 which is good enough in my opinion

If anyones interested an easier way is to hsve nova do an air combo an then finish with super nova than dhc into frank(its supposed to miss) then take a photo thats level 4 easy.

(assuming start with 1 meter) tron bnb builds another meter, lunch surprise hyper shit, while they're in the air from the initial shot (before the serve bots hit) , DHC to frank's bottle special shiet, while they're getting run over by bots take a drink and then take a pic. bam. lvl 5.
