On the low, Dragon is probably one of the greatest in-ring performers EVER. That dude held something like 7 or 9 titles simultaneously across 3 or 4 promotions at some point.

Ultimo Dragon was awesome. Sadly, the WWF/E phased out their light-weight division and didn't know how to fully use this guy.
