The PC has better Graphics, IF, you have a computer which can handle them; additional Anti-Aliasing and Buffering gives the edge over consoles when it comes to how the game looks in action.

A PC version of L4D2 running in mostly High settings will have the same graphics of an Xbox version, but it is possible to go above that with a good computer, or for the sake of frame-rate, go below. So it can go either way really.

But a Mouse and Keyboard is always favourable for control.

I'm not 100% sure on that; i haven't seen a comparison between the number on Xbox and those on PC. I would like to think that's true (it certainly seems it from what i've experienced), but again, not sure enough to say that it is.

However, i can say that you do get a ton of zombies on screen at one time and in all of the Xbox videos i've seen so far, i've not seen any hordes matching that. Yet.
