I am a programmer myself and i know that they are just going to make the code harder to read with the optimus update. (since this is what cluster flutter did, and it worked for 4-5months).

You know what jagex does it will harm the performance of the game.

I was already pissed somehow Autominer was allowed into the game back in 2003. But they were so easy to report and were insta banned soon as JaGex reviewed the evidence.

These new bots somehow evade obstacles in way of XP training routines and have a ton of ways to elude bot nuke many months later.

I hate to burst your bubble, but spending time and money on anti-botting software is a waste of time. Their will always be ways to to get around bots by just updating them. Their will always be bots. It is the same thing like anti-hacking software (ie: vacs and punk buster), people have patches to get around all these software programs. I am against botting, but it really is a fight you can't win.

it seems that jagex doesn't want to ban to botters but make it unavailable for bot users due to financial reasons. jagex should add a charge to recover an account that has been banned. it would keep botters from using bots and jagex wouldn't have to think about losing a player.
