This is Cyclotron an event from the UK which never hab introduced

No, it's an unused event called Cyclotron. The objective is to cycle from the start of your end to the finish which is at 90 degrees. You get a head start, and must not let the Glad catch you. It was due to appear in Series 6 with Tightrope, but got dropped, most likely due to technical problems.
