My dad got me a 07 G35S for my first car, and I'm in love with it. It's speed and amazing handling prevent accidents more so than cause them. However I would advise you not to get your son this car. It is honestly too fast and one day he'll want to test it to the limit on the freeway late at night... Hopefully the cops don't pull him over like they did to me.
