This reminded me of something my aunt used to do when we were little. She had a pool, and when we were too small to swim, she would give us a bucket of water and a paintbrush. We would 'paint' the sidewalk, thinking that we were really doing something great, and then by the time we were done, it would have started to dry up and we'd do it all over again.

You know what is also nice? To find some medium sized rocks and then paint them so that they look like animals. My daughter made a really nice ladybird by just using red and black paint. I sprayed it over with clear varnish and then she could put it in the garden in between the flowers.
How could people dislike this? It is wonderful teaching. What a breath of fresh air for youtube.
