It was some sort of localized circulation associated with the RFD. Note the meso at the beginning..we were watching that as it likely contained a rain-wrapped tornado..and we suddenly heard a roar..then the roof was gone.
That storm produced multiple tornadoes..we saw at least 3 of them not including the whirling thing in this video.
Nice wind gust, but where was the tornado? good footage.

Maybe although it seems too localized for a RFD..as there was almost no wind where we were at. Perhaps a gustnado?
