not paying for a loan modification is a 50 50.. its like saying dont pay the gardeners for cutting the grass.. you can do it your damn self but you choose to pay for it right. as long as the 3rd partys dont promise you anything. but the point is clear.. its still a pain in the ass to do a loan mod... trust..so why not pay for some one to do it for you?
