@ReskOner420 No. This is his body and what he can achieve (unfortunately, nothing much). Everybody has different genetics, metabolism rates, etc. I used to be like this, flat chested and skinny, then I ate much more (it's not about eating a lot though, it's about eating smart) and I gained a decent amount of fat, as well as muscle. Basically, I bulked up as I hated being skinny. You can do anything you put your mind to, but putting your mind to something means you have to do it intelligently.

@malexander745 NO WAY! Eating 6 or 7 small meals a day will actually speed up your metabolism. Increasing your bodies ability to burn off un-needed fat. My biggest piece of advice is eat clean! If you really want to cut weight, google bodybuilding meal plans but find one for cutting. These are great meal plans but compare a few because some of them are rubbish!
@malexander745 I don't really have a 'diet'. Its a lifestyle. I dont drink alcohol, I dont eat refined sugar, drink fruit juices or soda. I don't eat white potato or pasta more than once or twice a month. Eat 1.5g of protein for every pound you weigh, e.g i weigh 150lbs so i eat 225g of protein. I don't count calories, but maybe u should to begin with try 5 meals a day at 300 - 350 calories per meal and 2 protein shakes on top of that per day. I also train for at least 15 hours a week.

@malexander745 It all depends. If you barely do exercise, you will need to eat less calories to maintain yourself or gain muscle and lose fat. You don't need to consume more than 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. You can get your protein from your dietary foods like beans, tuna, chicken breast, rice, etc. You also want to keep yourself full by eating a good amount of fiber rich foods. Avoid trans fats. More calories = more energy, too much energy = getting fat.
