@kingloc4 I'm sure you already know but... NO lmao pointless to still give advice after so long but... look up chaining dustia's. its epic lvling FAST. if your solo they give out about 1,000 exp per kill, and they are undead, meaning 1 pd kills them

no u don't have to unlock a gambit or be in any level

I believe I was about level 14 when I got to that part. I took out the guards then the judge. If you're not a high enough level just grind :D
