  • wow she is really hott in a strange way

  • she is soooooooo pretty...

  • ayu is too hot @_@

  • マリア

  • WUASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS?????????????xD

  • *just recognized some writing mistakes- sorry for that.

  • @ gogoutube: did you had any bad experience yourself with "foreigners"?

I feel like you are a over reacting.

    I party can understand you.

Right now I am in Tokyo (2 months untill now) for language studying purpose and I feel like some none-japanese people are really just in Japan to have fun and don't think about their behavior and might act rude. but I also like Japanese language very much -that's why I started to learn it-.

Does that mean I am "weird"?

I hope you don't have any prejudices.

  • Ayu looks so badass here. And her voice got deeper over her career, too.

  • I love when Japanese people talk in Japanese it's so beautiful. The language and the voices of the Japanese.

  • ew...

  • You are ze racist. Go to ze pooper and ze poop out of ze butt

  • No, I am Japanese. I think your comment is gross.

  • Try saying that to a Japanese person. You'd get a "wtf" and "ew..." as well.

  • Well why did you say "eww" when I said I like the way Japanese people talk? If your Japanese then that should be a compliment.

  • It's disgusting, like we're some kind of fetish. "(beautiful) voices of the Japanese"? wtf? Have you ever met a Japanese in your life? We are not all anime, kawaii, peace-sign stereotypes. Clearly you have a fetish.

  • I don't have a fetish. I like the French accent does that mean I have a fetish of that too? And what are you talking about with sterotypes? I didnt sterotype anyone. Just because I like the language and accent, I have a fetish? Clearly your the one looking for random arguments.

  • u creep me out

  • How do I creep you out?? I didn't do anything

  • @ocean96113 Honestly, you didn't say anything creepy. Gogoutube, for all their insistence that they're Japanese (which I highly doubt they are native), is stereotyping as well. And, for the most part, wrong.

Most Japanese people would be flattered, much like if a foreigner said they thought our language was beautiful. I can't think of a people group who wouldn't appreciate being told that their language is beautiful. Gogoutube was projecting by saying that they're not all anime, cute, etc.

  • ayumi hamasaki is sexy.

  • what's so bad about plastic surgery anyway? if you have the cash for it, then why the heck not?

Everyone seems to hate it but I bet they would get it themselves if they had the money for it.

  • you are right... although some people are so scared of pain... but if people had money they'd do it, plus, even if you get plastic surgery, not everyone becomes pretty or beautiful... you need to be pretty or cute in the first place Because plastic surgery can only enhance what you already have.

  • or make you white like mj haha

  • keke... mj did a complete enhancement from darker complexions to glowing paper white...

  • Plastic surgery is like, trying to be what you aren't. If you are something, it's not needed, if you aren't, it's not going to change anything.

  • There is no such thing as "you are like this" "don't act different"

People have different personalities for different situations. We are copycats, we don't learn from nothing. We copy everything we do. Even your personality.

Your brain is YOU.. The body is just a machine to express and do what your brain feels like. Your body has nothing to do with what kind of person your are. It's just the physical look changes. The brain still remains the same.

  • Some don't copy anyone's personalities. They know what it means to be yourself. And guess what, it shows. You see a person, not a machine for imitating other machines. But yea, most people try to find someone likeable and imitate. But it's pointless, because a copy is never as good as original. You can try to imitate having a personality, you can try to imitate being happy, but the result will never be quite right. You can't imitate what isn't there.

  • I'm not continuing this conversation. With this answer I can clearly see that you have no knowledge about the human brain. Study and learn about your own kind and then tell me if we do not copy eachother. We humans are CopyCats. Being yourself is just something people likes to say. Study psychology and you'll learn a lot about personalities. Or Watch closly how a child grows up and see how their personality forms.

  • People do tend to copy others when they can't make decisions for themselves. That's what babies do, yes, but people who use plastic surgery are not babies. They should think for themselves perhaps, rather than expect others to tell them what to be. You can't feel someone else's emotions, only yours, but when you pretend, you have no real emotions, you know that it's fake and i can see it too.

  • You still don't understand. Well I'm not here to lecture you. Bye

  • You know, if you have great personality, nobody will really care just how big your nose is. Chances are it looks big to you but looks normal to other people (and will actually look too small after "correction", because you can't adjust the whole face to the change). Unless you're totally ugly from like genetic defect or something, i don't see a situation where plastic surgery will be an improvement (and in that situation it probably won't be much improvement either)...

  • And if they still do care about your nose more than yourself, they probably don't care about you yourself in the first place, not sure you want to care about their opinions either in that case.

  • Her mouth is a little swolled up

  • she is so beautiful

  • She looks cuter with short hair

  • the most beautiful woman I have ever seen!

  • this is SO Aya Ueto's hairstyle!

  • Ayu (cont.) My producer asked me hey do you feel like this, like youre trapped in box with the ceiling here, the floor here and the walls to your left and right here, such that theres no longer an up, down, left or right, do you feel like that? I told him thats it! What I felt at the time definitely wasnt the feeling of being in wide open place filled with hope where all was beautiful and bright

Interviewer: And what colour were the walls?

    Ayu: Pure white.

  • My attempt at an translation (part 1 of 2)

The title of this segment is The light and the shadows Hopelessness and Determination at Age 25: Ayumi Hamasaki

Ayu: I wasnt able to sort out my feelings at the time. I confided to my producer that the circumstances I found myself were this and that, not sure of how I was feeling, not sure of what was going on.

  • thanks for the translation :)

  • Comment removed

  • where got translation...? -.-'''

  • forgot to say she has good voice and awesome songs. ^_^

  • i think she is so beautiful and cute . and she has such pretty big eyes. and people say asians have small eyes. ayumis are even bigger than some none-asians. please dont get me wrong i like asians really. i mean it in a positive way.

  • Ayumi when asked to describe her assailant.

"He was this tall, and THIS big" reffering to it later as "the big oak!"(1:11)

  • HAHAHAHAHAAHHAHHAHA

  • OH NO....

  • can somebody do a better translation of this? appreciate it...

  • im unsure what shes saying because im not japanese, but im a big ayu fan!! n.n

she seems like such a sweet person in real life, not just in her songs.

  • This is the only star i would actually care to meet.

  • This is a wonderful interview. I don't have the translation with me now, but if anyone's interested just let me know. It'll really change the way you look at Ayu, and in a good way.

  • Hello. I'm really interested to see what she is saying. I absolutely love ayumi, but I'm not Japanese so I don't understand what she is saying! Please help me!!!

  • CAN I GET THE TRANSLATION

  • she is telling her feeling something like this is like being in a big box where there is no top, bottom, and no sides_there is everything my need there(in sad tone) and i have no life now til i die(more like pressure from industry) i am new to American, so my English is weak.

  • that sounds like a good translation, thank you

  • I don't know what they are saying...but i just know that she is a good singer.. Not just a good singer but the best one i have seen... don't understand why people hate her... so haters if u think u better then record your own voice and hear it... i can tell u.. u sucks!!

  • What's happening her is that her record label and the media wants to use her as a toy or product, but she refuses to allow that because she is a human being.....

  • i don't know why there exist anti-Ayu,,,???

just too absurd and annoying those anti people,,,,

she's so cute and pretty, and still looks less than 25,, so "haters", please shut your mouth

  • The best woman I ever tasted!

  • don't ever judges someone....

    respect others and their uploads....

don't comment if it is nonsense... comment if it is a compliment....

it is for your own good... ^_^

  • for all ayu haters: how can you hate her??! She has alot more talent than more than half of the american singers here! Plus for all the people who posted those mean things I don't see you trying to get better than ayumi! I think your just jelous~!

  • Ayu haters...how can u hate such a kind and beautiful person...u devils :P

  • looks good with the short brown hair. ^^

  • Excuse me!

Would you tell me what Ayumi talking about it?

    THANK YOU!

  • she's already 30 years old but she look young

  • she is so beautiful

  • can anyone translate what she's saying here!!

  • Max Matsuura suggsuted Ayu as follows: "Is a wall close to right and left of the face? Is there the ceiling close to a head. Is there the floor in a thing of your waist? Do not you feel it like that?" Ayu had felt his suggestion was got to the mark. Furthermore, Ayu adds as follow. "It is not the splendid place, and is not confortable field where is wide, and is beautiful of the view, and get a thing wanting entirely."

  • thank you for the translation!!

    i appreciate it!! =)

  • can anyone translate what she was saying her.!!

  • yes she really looks little like madonna :o

  • I know this is random, but is it me or

does she look like Modanna in a way?

  • yeah she kind of does, like long time ago i commented on a video of one of her songs saying she kind of looked like her, like the old Madonna with the rounded girl face.

  • she has these big, beautiful brown eyes...love her!

  • its a desu a lou and a fuku moru

  • she is really pretty

    i like her songs lol

  • -.-"

doesn't matter where the music come from.

btw i didn't know there's a genre "american", but well..

america definitely has talent. but no culture XD hahah. just kiddin.

  • dont understand what u guys are talking abt.. =.=

  • ya i luv her and the press is too much lol haha

  • arigato..^^

  • um, sorry, but what is Avex and what is Ayumi talking about? It seems kind of serious.

  • AVEX TRAX is basically an independent Japanese Label that Ayumi was signed to (Matsuuri-san, me thinks, found her) after she left her previous label. If you're interested, it's on wiki.ppn.

  • I dont care what anyone says Ayu is the best I love her very much shes my Idol she is the reason why I sing not because of avex though avex kind of made her but he didnt teach me my teacher is Ayumi Hamasaki! why because everyday or night Ayu works hard coming up with the lyrics gets ready to perform and even if she messes up its always a good day thats what a real singer does I realy dont need to understand what shes says hear I wish I could but through her lyrics shes bought me a real dream

  • You should find a teacher that can teach you how to use punctuation.

  • She's japanese she has talent.

You are american And YOU suck!

She can sing good i do think you are nothing compared to her.. so shut the fuk up.. you say she has no talent and you say she's fake.. DAMN YOU!!! Your the slut and your the fake here DAMN YOU AMERICAN!! japan has better singers than whole america! you suck animegalaxy24 you are the damned one who has no fokking talent here!

  • animegalaxy24, you are very rude for saying that. If you have nothing nice to say dont be looking up "Ayumi Hamasaki" and comment bad things. Im sure you know that 1 bad comment will cause an uproar with all of Ayu's fans.I don't care what negative people say I still like her music.

  • definitely jealous.

  • And you are? nothing?

  • whatever don't hate on her and miley

  • lol

they do not put a gun in peoples heads or anything like that

personally i dont like hanna montana either

but if people like her... i cant change that

    neither with ayu

ayu is where she is because shes strong and a really profesional person

    i admire her a lot

you should respect other opinions and stuff

  • wow... your 24 with 2 kids and you have the nerve to call HEr a slut? look in the mirror and shut the fuck up. and why would you type Ayumi Hamasaki into your engine just to bash her? get a life, go raise your kids or somethin.

  • cry me a river and get a fucking life, you bitch. sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. thanks. pick on someone your own size, because ayu is the better person in this argument.

  • why don't you kill your self?

  • Yeah why don't u kill urself u idiot??!!!!!!!

  • How can you say her lyrics bought you a dream when you've admitted you can't understand a word of them? No offense, but you're contradicting yourself entirely here.

  • ha... wall close to right and left of the face? claustrophobia?

floot in a thing of your waist???? wtf?

  • I suppose ayu is not claustrophobia but her feeling herself "inconvenience". At that time, she was earning 2/3 of the sales of the company, avex, alone. And, so many fans in Japan relied on her as their mental support. She felt her "whereabouts" have been found by becoming a singer(see "A song for XX") though she felt it in the burden. But,she could't help undertaking those obligations="duty"(her 3rd album).

  • > floot in a thing of your waist???? wtf?

Isuppse(laugh),her lower part of the body is buried on the concrete floor!!

  • Max Matsuura suggsuted Ayu as follows: "Is a wall close to right and left of the face? Is there the ceiling close to a head. Is there the floor in a thing of your waist. Do not you feel it like that?" Ayu felt that he had gotten to the mark. Furthermore, Ayu adds as follow. "It is not the splendid place, and is not confortable field where is wide, and is beautiful of the view, and get a thing wanting entirely."

  • I remenber this interview.Ihad deep impression.
