Okay, just what the hell is with the dividing the elemental magic casting among the players? I mean, how is a person like me who loves playing as the mage of the group supposed to get a bunch of elemental attacks when Rowen's range is earth/water/ice, Milla's is fire/wind/lightning/light, and Elise's is shadow? I don't wanna keep switching back and forth between the two of them outside of battle!!!

@TheaterODaRediculous Ah and that's the beauty of Tales of Xillia. Unlike the other Tales games where battles only involved the top 4 members, battles in Xillia involve EVERYONE. This means that you can freely switch between characters who aren't in your active roster DURING battles! :D This also means that in-battle conversations also involve all of the party members as well. Even the one's out of battle.

@TheaterODaRediculous Since I can't find a better example, here's omegaevolution's video of the final bosses. After the active party reachs 4, he occasionally switches out characters.
