@shawty1st : dear sis..lapisan pertama ( bawah sekali) u pakai kepanasan dari atas+bawah around 200 deg. takes about 10 minutes or may be less... lapisan akan nampak jadi kecoklat-coklatan (atau u cucuk tengah2 kek dgn pencucuk-gigi, jika ada kek yang melekat, tambah lagi minute memasaknya)...
selepas atu lapisan kedua dan seterusnya, pakaitah kepanasan dari ATAS sahaja juga dlm 8-10 mins (rajin2 menjeling2 kedalam oven lah, takut2 cepat masak nya dan mungkin hangus), 200 deg jua.

- some ppl use marie biscuit...some ppl uses finger biscuit.... so marie will do too.
- browing is a coloring... just to make the color much darker.... sometime do not need to put in it...coz...you already got the MILO color it the mix....

Yeah...people always spending lots lots of money just to buy one tray of KEK LAPIS...usually they sell it for $30 or $40 above (per tray). This video helps those willing to bake (rather than buying). And actually all the ingredients cost me less than $15 includes the eletricity. any way thanks for your comments.
Oh....ok betul juga ye sal kek lapis ni kek leceh/cerewet. So far I tak pernah try making tapi after watching your video rasa cam terpanggil gitu anyway thanks dear!

@shawty1st : dear sis..... inda payah tah x.... if u takut hangus.... u kurangkan saja temperature nya jadi ke 150 or 180 lah....
sbb pakai oven ani senang dikit.... unless you pakai kukusan bangkali u paksa tutup dengan aliminium foil atu sepanjang process memasak....
nyaman plang.. mun berkukus..... tapi lama saja x ah menunggui... he he he...

Gpun dulu pernah cuba pki tray yang tinggi agar masuk semua adunan.. tetapi sudah kek mahu di potong...tidak canti sebab bentuk nya PANJANG sangat..
Kalau pakai tray besar plak... takut tidak dapat masuk dalam refrigerator.
