Engineering Drawing was done using T's and Set Squares.CAD had just arrived and was in it's infancy.Computers required 5 1/4 in.floppies and had no hard drives.Use to assemble in the Parade Ground at 0800 hours(this was later discontinued as the Service Officers didn't like the presence of civilians in the parade ground!!)Commodore Ejaz was a tough instructor but one of the best .Men of his caliber are hard to come by these days! Cdr.Ajam Khan was the first civilian student advisor.
Cdr.Riaz Mahmood was my Project supervisor and instructor. Also took Naval Aritecture with Commodore Ejaz,Electromagnetics with Lt.Cdr.Khalil Ansari(who later joined Sir Syed University).I also taught at PNEC back in 1993.back in the late 80's,early 90's there was NO internet access or email(forget about Youtube !!).Those were the days !I have some very fond memories of PNEC .Also there was NO NUST back then.PNEC was affiliated to NED university.
