Isn't it a little bit ironic that the white person is FOR affirmative action and the black person is AGAINST it? Why do white people still insist upon forcing their will upon others? Affirmative action just perpetuates discrimination even longer, as demonstrated in the anecdote presented by the second speaker.
What's done is done, and cannot be undone. Two wrongs don't make a right. End racial discrimination. End affirmative action.
I just watched his debate with Dinesh D'Souza on this issue. It was done in 1996. D'Souza did better than I thought he would. But Tim won, hands down. The debate is on Tim's website if anyone wants to see it.
